It seems like 2024 is already passing by so fast!

I can’t believe I’m already sharing Valentine’s Day ideas and inspiration.

I know a lot of people seem to feel like January just drags by, but it certainly hasn’t felt that way to me.

However, I did get a few days the first of January to stay home and do a few small projects and go through and clean out my Christmas decor before I put it away.

We also had a couple of bad weather days this past week, and it was really nice to have an excuse to not leave the house.

We made soups, chili and lots of hot chocolate.

If you are new here, welcome.

Saturday Morning Gather is my weekly newsletter where I share what is going on at Vintage Home and also share inspiration and things I have found during the week that I think you might enjoy.

If you’ve been around a while, as always, I am so grateful to you! I truly appreciate you showing up and continuing to support my blog.

Gather round and grab your coffee or favorite morning drink of choice and let’s take a look at what’s been happening this week.

on the blog….

This week, on the blog I shared this super easy and cute heart pillow DIY.

It is so easy to make, and I actually leave mine out longer than the “heart” holiday since it’s neutral.

I also shared this yummy recipe for jambalaya.

It is the perfect comfort food for this cold weather season!

Pair it with this super easy 3- ingredient Beer Bread for a complete and filling meal.

in other random news…

I have been working on freshening things up in my home.

One of the things I am switching up is my bedding. I’ve been wanting to change some things out for a while, and I am all about the block print fabrics right now.

I added this block print quilt and pillow shams to my bed recently.

I found mine at Homegoods, but I found several very similar on-line.

I also changed out my guest bedding to this wonderful linen duvet and pillow shams.

I can’t believe the quality of these pieces especially for the price point.

If you are looking for new bedding and love the look of linen, I can’t recommend this enough!

It comes in several colors and 2 different styles. I chose the style that ties, but there is also one with a narrow ruffle edge.

I have several clients and a couple of family members that ordered the ruffle edge and it is super cute too.

and some other amazing things I found….
