Easy Southern Peach Bread with Fresh Peaches

In honor of peach season in the South, I’m sharing a recipe for a delicous easy southern peach bread with fresh peaches.

Do you love fresh peaches?? Oh good, me too!

My peach tree was filled this year. I was so excited to have so many, but then I had to figure out what to do with all of them.

I remembered a recipe that I used to make, and thought it would be fun to bake some loaves of peach bread to take to friends.

A loaf pan that is for 4 mini loaves, is perfect for making several loaves at one time.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease loaf pans. (this recipe will make 4 small loaves or 1 large loaf)

In a mixing bowl (I used my stand mixer bowl), combine the peaches, oil, sugar, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla.

Add in the flour, baking soda, and salt and mix until just combined with wet ingredients.

Pour batter evenly into greased loaf pans.

Bake for 25-30 minutes for mini loaves, or 50-55 if making large loaf.
