Easy Southern Peach Bread

This recipe is so moist and delicous! Super easy to make and is a great gift for friends and neighbors.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh peaches, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease 4 mini loaf pans or 1 large loaf pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine peaches, oil, sugar, eggs, sour cream and vanilla.
  • Add flour, baking soda, and salt just until combined.
  • Pour into greased loaf pans, and bake mini loaves for 25-30 minutes or large loaf for 50-55 minutes.
