a monthly dinner club

If you are new here, let me explain about my dinner club.

About 2 years ago, I joined 4 other blogger friends and created a virtual dinner club.

Every month, we have a theme, and we each create a tablescape to go along with our theme.

We also create a menu to go along with our theme, and we take turns with each of the courses, and share a drink, appetizer, 2 side dishes, main entree and a dessert.

Last year, we decided to invite a guest host every month, and this month we are happy to have Pasha from Pasha Is Home, joining us.

a golf theme tablescape for Father’s Day

Since I have golfers in the family, I decided on a golf theme table for my Father’s Day barbeque.

If you missed my tablescape ideas, you can see all of the details here.

5 Ingredient Grilled Pineapple Salsa

This month I had the appetizer for our menu.

I have a great recipe for Strawberry Salsa that I’ve been making for years, and I decided to change up the recipe a bit.

I grilled fresh pineapple and used that instead of fresh strawberries, and it turned out SO good!

This easy 5 ingredient grilled pineapple salsa recipe is perfect for your summer get togethers!

It’s fresh, delicious and so easy to make.

You can get all the details here, including how to select a ripe pineapple, how to cut a pineapple, and how to grill pineapple.
