my dinner club
If you are new here, let me explain about my dinner club.
About 2 years ago, I joined 4 other blogger friends and created a virtual dinner club.
Every month, we have a theme, and we each create a tablescape to go along with our theme. The tablescapes are shared with you, the last Thursday of every month.
We also create a menu to go along with our theme that we share the last Saturday of the month. We take turns with each of the courses.
Typically, we have a drink, appetizer, side dish, main entree and a dessert. But, since we are having a chili cook-off this month, we are all sharing a chili recipe.
Last year, we decided to invite a guest host every month, and this month we are happy to have Regina from Saved from Salvage joining us.

I made a yummy white chicken chili recipe for the chili cook-off.
I just love a good soup, stew or chili, especially during the cold weather months.
There is just something comforting about a bowl of hot soup or chili on a cold night served with your favorite toppings.
This flavorful white chicken chili is the perfect one pot meal! The creamy white beans, green chilis, cream cheese and beer broth make a great alternative to traditional chili.
It’s such a great recipe to take to a friend or neighbor. I like to use mason jars, fill with soup, tie a ribbon and add a tag.
Add some mini cornbread muffins, and a couple of toppings. It’s a great way to make a meal to take to someone in need.
You can find the white chicken chili recipe here, and also print the recipe to save for later.

Michele,
This was such a fun month. Love all the recipes.
Yes, we had so many great chili recipes, and I can’t wait to try them all!
Give me all the chili. Yuummm! It is one of my faves during the chilly fall and winter months!
Me too Jen. It’s the perfect cold weather comfort food!
Hi Michele, I enjoy your blog so much. I made your chili recipe last night, YUM!!!! My husband had three bowls. I will certainly be making it again and again. It was perfect for such a rainy night. I live in Southern California and we are getting more rain this year than we have in years. I love crock pot recipes, especially when they are so easy. Thanks again!!
Oh, I’m so happy to hear this! And so glad you liked it. I really appreciate you following along with the blog and the kind words.
