Our theme this month was “Everything’s Peachy”.

If you are new here, let me explain about my dinner club.

About 2 years ago, I joined 4 other blogger friends and created a virtual dinner club.

Every month, we have a theme, and we each create a tablescape to go along with our theme.

We also create a menu to go along with our theme, and we take turns with each of the courses, and share a drink, appetizer, 2 side dishes, main entree and a dessert.

Last year, we decided to invite a guest host every month, and this month we are happy to have Coco from The Crowned Goat, joining us.

Peach Inspired Table Ideas for Summer Entertaining

I love creating themed table centerpieces and place settings!

If you’ve been following me for long, you know I don’t typically use a lot of color in my home decor, including my tablescapes.

But, it’s the peak of peach season, and also my garden is bursting with peach and orange zinnias so I couldn’t resist incorporating them with beautiful fresh peaches to create the perfect summer table.

Chilled Peach Soup with Cream, Cinnamon & Nutmeg

This month I was responsible for one of the sides and immediately thought of this amazing soup recipe.

I had a recipe for chilled blueberry soup and decided to alter it and make chilled peach soup.

You might be thinking that chilled soup isn’t your thing.

But, if you haven’t tried it, you should definitely give it a try. You might be surprised how much you like it.

This chilled creamy soup is refreshing and delicious.

It’s the perfect addition to a breakfast, brunch or lunch menu.

The great part is that you can use frozen peaches if fresh peaches aren’t in season.
