Good Morning friends, and welcome to Saturday Morning Gather..
If you are new here, welcome and thanks for joining us!
And if you’ve been around a while, as always, I am so grateful to you!!
Gather round and grab your coffee or favorite morning drink of choice and let’s take a look at what’s been happening this week.
on the blog
This week on the blog, I shared a yummy Pumpkin Cheesecake recipe that I’ve been making for years.
It’s a family favorite and requested every year at Thanksgiving.
It would be a wonderful dessert for any fall gathering, and your guests will be wowed!
If you try it, I would love to hear about it!

Remember when I mentioned a couple of weeks ago that we had a red wasp nest somewhere in our house??
We keep seeing a red wasp in our bedroom or bathroom occasionally and can’t figure out where they are coming from.
A couple of days ago, my husband happened to look up and saw one trying to come through the fan vent in the ceiling in our bathroom.
We sprayed it heavily with wasp spray then took the cover off, and sure enough there were several inside the vent.
Unfortunately, the nest wasn’t visible, so we still don’t know where the nest is or how to find it.
Stay tuned!
And last week I mentioned that I had a visit to the ER with what looked like it might be a kidney stone.
Well, so far, no more pain or any more incidents. Keeping my fingers crossed.
a few of my current fall faves
I’ve been on a bit of a clothes buying spree lately. I have shared a few of my favorites over the past few weeks, and this week I have another one to add to the list.
Honestly, this one might be my fave, so far!
How cute is this cropped plaid shacket???? Such a great price and it comes in several colors.
I found this adorable neutral Christmas tree!! I’ve already bought one, but thinking I want another one.
You can click the link below the tree to see the details.
I am hearing that Christmas decor is already selling out, and that merchandise will be hard to get this year, due to shortages.
Be sure and start placing your orders now!!
And I want to thank Thistle Key Lane for featuring my Halloween tablescape this week on her link party. You can see lots of inspiration over there, so be sure and check it out here.

Happy Saturday, my friend.
The cropped shirt is great. I think the wearer makes it cute! Looks adorable.
Love the table decor.
Thanks so much for your kind words! Happy weekend!
Happy weekend Michele!
Love your gathering!
Oh, thanks sweet Rachel! I hope you’ve had a wonderful weekend!
Hope you had a great weekend! That shacket is adorable! You find the cutest clothes!
Thanks so much Cindy! I’m loving this jacket. Happy Monday!
Hello. I love the shacket as well…very cute. The last picture of the table scape you posted here got me thinking. Very pretty with the musical papers and candle sticks. I happened to notice that one of them had a roll of string on the top of the candle stick. Was just curious what that was used for on the table, not that it didn’t look cute. Thank you. Cindy 🙂
Oh, thanks so much and I’m so glad you liked it. The ball of yarn is just for looks. I like to use it on top of candlesticks sometimes, just for something different.
I used rolls of vintage yarn on the candlesticks on my back patio, because it gets so hot out there in the summer, the candles melt.
Thank you so much for including my wreath in your round-up this week, Michele, I really appreciate it. Dying over how good you in that plaid shacket lady – oh my word – totally gorgeous! Hope you find the wasp nest soon and I’m excited you’re feeling better too. Hugs, CoCo
