Saturday Morning Gather #19

gath•er: to come together or bring together into one group, collection or place

If you are new here, welcome.

Saturday Morning Gather is my weekly newsletter where I share things going on at Vintage Home, and also inspiration and things I have found during the week that I think you might enjoy.

If you’ve been around a while, as always, I am so grateful to you!! I truly appreciate you showing up and continuing to support my blog.

Gather round and grab your coffee or favorite morning drink of choice and let’s take a look at what’s been happening this week.

on the blog

This week on the blog, I shared a garden inspired tablescape I created last year for a friend’s birthday celebration.

It was one of my most favorite tables I’ve ever put together!

I also shared this super easy and yummy Peach Pound Cake with Lemon Glaze recipe. It is so moist and delicious, and you won’t believe what the ingredient is that makes the fruit flavor!

Did you know today is National Plant a Flower Day?? Who knew, right??

I would actually love to be planting flowers today, but we still have some cold weather and probably another frost before it’s safe to plant.

But I can’t wait for my perennial garden to look like this again!

And have you checked out our link party yet??

  1. Thanks so much for the sweet shoutout, Michele, I really appreciate it! I love your tablescapes so much. They’re all totally swoon-worthy! I was SO close to planting a few things in our garden beds and for the container gardens on the porch too but we recently had a cold snap in Florida as well so I’m thankful I held off for just a bit. Fingers crossed it will be back to the 70s soon and we’ll be well on our way to enjoying all the good things Spring has to offer. Big hugs and thank yous, CoCo

  3. What was the plant with the impatien pink flowers at the beginning of your video. Your flower bed was beautiful

    1. It’s called ‘rock rose”. Very hardy and gets a little out of control if you don’t trim it back occasionally, but it’s very showy.
And thank you so much for the kind words and following along!
