Place turkey breast in crock pot.
Sprinkle turkey with salt and pepper and rub it in.
In a mixing bowl, combine cranberry sauce, onion soup mix, and orange juice.
Pour this mixture over the turkey.
Cook on low for 6-7 hours. This may depend on your slow cooker. Mine cooked for 7 hours.
Take turkey breast out, and place on a serving dish. Cover with foil while you prepare the gravy.
Skim the fat off the liquid in the crock pot. Pour the remaining liquid into a saucepan.
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water.
Bring the sauce to a boil, then pour in the cornstarch mixture. Stir with a whisk until thickened. You may need to reduce the heat to prevent burning.It should take 3-4 minutes to thicken. Pour gravy over the turkey and serve.
