Sparkling Rosemary Infused Cocktail

- 1-2 ounces gin personal taste
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce rosemary simple syrup
- prosecco or champagne
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 4-5 sprigs rosemary
For the Simple Syrup
Add 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water to a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, then add rosemary sprigs.
Take off of heat and let cool.
For the Cocktail
Add 1-2 ounces Gin (personal taste), 1/2 ounce lemon juice and 1/2 ounce simple syrup to a cocktail shaker.
Add ice and shake.
Strain into a champagne flute.
Top off with prosecco or champagne.
Add rosemary sprig or lemon slice for garnish.
