Easy Peach Pound Cake with Lemon Glaze
This recipe is super easy and so moist and delicious! You won't believe what the ingredient is that adds the fruit flavor!

Ingredients

yellow cake mix
1
small box
instant vanilla pudding
2
jars
peach baby food
3
eggs
1
cup
vegetable oil
1
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1
cup
powdered sugar
juice from 1-2 lemons
chopped fresh peaches (optional)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
I add chopped fresh peaches to the batter when they are in season. But this is totally optional.
Grease and sugar (or flour) bundt pan.
Pour cake mix into bundt pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until lightly browned and cake tester comes out clean.
Remove cake from pan and let cool.
Lemon Glaze
Mix 1 cup powdered sugar
with juice from1-2 lemons and whisk together until all sugar is dissolved.
Drizzle over cake.
Notes
If you want a thicker glaze then only use juice from 1 lemon. For thinner glaze use 2 lemons.
