5 Ingredient Grilled Pineapple Salsa

This easy and delicious fresh grilled pineapple salsa is perfect for your summer get togethers.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups grilled pineapple, finely chopped
  • 1 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced
  • 1/3 cup Catalina dressing
  • dash hot pepper sauce, optional
  • squeeze fresh lime juice

Instructions

  • Remove skin and core pineapple. Cut into slices and grill 2-3 minutes per side until it has grill char marks.
  • Finely chop pineapple.
  • Combine grilled pineapple, bell pepper, green onion and cilantro.
  • Stir in Catalina dressing and hot pepper sauce, if desired, and mix well.
  • Finish off with a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
  • Cover and refrigerate.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
